Each Piccoload book is printed on high-quality, durable paper with crisp line art converted from your photos. The binding and cover are designed to create a keepsake book you can colour, gift or treasure. The process is described on our “How It Works” page: upload your photos → we convert each photo into a unique colouring page → we craft & dispatch your book.
Once you place your order and upload your photos, our team begins crafting your custom colouring-book. Production typically takes 3-5 business days from when we receive your uploaded photos, and shipping then depends on your location and selected shipping option. Standard shipping may take 5-7 business days!
Because each book is custom-made from your uploaded photos, returns for standard “change of mind” are limited.
Can I request changes to my digital proof?
Once your digital print is delivered, you have 24 hours to review it.
If there is a clear issue with how your photo has been interpreted, you may contact us within this 24-hour window and our team will assess whether an adjustment is appropriate.
After 24 hours, the design is considered approved and no further changes or revisions can be made.
If you receive a damaged, misprinted or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund. If your book is simply no longer wanted, we may not accept a return given the bespoke nature - check our “Refund Policy” link for full details.

Clear, well-lit images with good contrast work beautifully. Avoid blurry, dark, or overly distant shots. The more visible the faces and details, the better your line-art pages will look. Our editors review each image to ensure you get the best possible result.
